The Board:

Chris Herrmannsen(Managing Director)

Chris was President of Hudson Highland Group’s (previously TMP Worldwide) European Recruitment and HR Consulting operations before leading an MBO to form Ochre House Limted.

Richard Martin (Chairman)

Chair of the NHS Professionals Special Health Authority, Richard was formerly President of Adecco UK and Managing Director of Granada Hospitality Limited.

Mark Owen (NGBI)

Mark was a Director with Granville Private Equity Managers for six years, following five years with Schroders Corporate Finance running their private transactions team. Previously, he spent ten years in the engineering, paper and building products sectors.

Andrew Frome (Financial Director)

Andrew qualified with KPMG, was Financial Controller of Glaxo Wellcome’s Eastern European Operations and was on the board of Edotech, an MBO from Barclays Bank.

Managing Directors:

Sue Brooks (Profiles Resource Management)

With 20 years in HR consultancy and commercial management, Sue knows the ICT, pharmaceutical and retail industries inside out, and has a reputation as an entrepreneur who can make young businesses thrive.

Eddie Austin (ITN Mark Education)

With 24 years’ recruitment experience, Eddie began by operating in the UK/Overseas technical, oil & gas and engineering sectors, and went on to be a founding member of Celsian Group.

Jennie Emerson (Parkside Recruitment & ASA Law)

After providing senior consultancy to the global oil producing majors, Jennie went on to manage the Thames Valley region of Robert Half International. Jennie has lived and worked overseas for more than 20 years, spending over half of this time in West Africa.

Bala Shanmugam (The Buzz)

Bala worked for P&O in Corporate Finance and at Balance Media as Finance and Operations Director, before moving to Ochre House and managing the buy out from Trinity Mirror.

Damien Stork (Strategic Resourcing Division)

Co-founder of The Buzz, Damien developed it from an outfit with one consultant into a national success story that places over 750 people a year.
